Ruby Fortune may modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The User's continued use of the Site and Services after modification will constitute their acceptance of revised Terms and Conditions.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between Ruby Fortune and User regarding access to and use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings whether written or oral.
